hmmmmmmmmm....... 5 more days and i'll be on the plane flying out of the country... yes! i'll be flying out on xmas day..........
anyway.... was quite piss off wheni heard from alvin last night about a certain preson who complaint that she is broke despite earning 2k a month w/o much need to spend on several house expenses.
guess what? she had spent all her money on slimming sessions in a beauty center!!!!
seriously... if u r as broke as u claim (or rather as broke as me) ... why gonna spend those money when u can force yourself (which is exactly what i am doing nowadays) to buy a professional gym ski runner and do daily exercises???
it's really much cheaper and more effective.
sorry to say this.... when you ended all the sessions... tata... somehow... the so called 'lost' weight doubles into your system. sad.. but it's true....
u still have to exercise to maintain it.
hmmm.... well... if someone paid for sessions for me... i promise to maintain it since i already got the damm machine in my home and it's not that bad spending 30mins a day doing some serious exercise. at least i DO feel healthy... lolxx...
but really... some people juz simply cannot make it. if you are so bloody broke. dun spend your hard earned cash on things that can hold. haiz....
