hmmm.... wat is customer service???
HOW DO U DEFINE IT?
in my own opinon.....
customers services is to provide the best service you are able to... at least u tried.... no one will blame u....
once.... i met a customer who tell me... "customers are ALWAYS right!"....
frankly speaking.. i dun 100% agree with this statement...
is the customer always right although he is in the wrong??? and should we always give in????

okie.. unless the service provide to u is down right irritating..... or else.. pls dun complain so much.... ...
dun ppl know that singapore is the country that loves to complain the most.......
it is so sad that we are living in a place where there are ppl who dunno human rights...
being in customer services line myself, i once encounter a customer, who down right scold me till like i no parents, no brains, shouldn't be in this world at all! and guess the reason i'm getting this scolding head over heels.

always say sth in front... but do otherwise.....
*when asking others to provide good customer services, we should learn what is human rights...
no one in this world is perfect and no one is born to know sth..... we all learn from mistakes and understanding...
the world will be better when everyone finally learn to know that every living creature in the world has feelings.......
